Xuanzhang is an AI-powered palmistry analysis platform that provides personalized fortune analysis reports by analyzing the palm photos you upload. By using this service, you agree to comply with the following terms.

When using this service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information.
• Upload only palm photos to which you hold lawful rights.
• Not use this service for any unlawful or infringing activity.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this service.
• Not use technical means to circumvent payment mechanisms or usage restrictions.
• Safeguard your account information and remain responsible for account activity.

3. Service Description

• Free preview: All users may upload palm photos and view an AI analysis preview summary.
• Paid unlock: Unlocking the full analysis report requires payment; a single payment grants permanent access to that product (palmistry, Zi Wei, compatibility, etc.) and unlimited regeneration of the content.
• Service changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Plans

• Palmistry analysis: US$2.99 (HK$18 in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and mainland China), a one-time payment for permanent unlock with unlimited regeneration.
• Zi Wei Dou Shu: US$2.99 (HK$18 in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and mainland China), a one-time payment for permanent unlock of the full 12-palace AI interpretation.
• Compatibility analysis: US$4.99 (HK$28 in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and mainland China), a one-time payment for permanent unlock.
• Discount offer: New users who enter the promotion code WELCOME30 at Stripe checkout enjoy 30% off (limited to one use per user).

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will immediately gain access to the corresponding service.

5. Refund Policy

• Before analysis: If you have paid but analysis has not yet been performed, you may request a full refund.
• After analysis: As the AI analysis service is digital content, no refunds are available once it has been used.
• Technical issues: If a system malfunction prevents you from using the service, we will provide a re-analysis or a refund.

Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact Us page, and we will process them within 7 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for the following circumstances:

• Abusing the service or attempting to circumvent payment mechanisms

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
